Ekhoz

Ékhoz is a Toronto-based jazz quartet that fuses elements of jazz, classical, world music, and contemporary styles. Featuring percussionist Nikki Huang, drummer/composer Michaël Filion, bassist Matthieu Savard, and guitarist/composer Antó, the group brings together diverse musical backgrounds and virtuosic talent. Their sound blends Nikki’s passion for storytelling, Michaël’s versatility in jazz and R&B, Matthieu’s classical and folk influences, and Antó’s fusion of rock, jazz, and world music. Known for their innovative approach and dynamic performances, Ékhoz creates a genre-defying experience that pushes the boundaries of jazz while honoring its roots.
