Ian Terry
PRESIDENT
Four-time Felix award winner and five-time Juno nominee, Ian Terry has recorded and mixed over 800 LP/CD’s in all styles of music, from rock and jazz to semi-classical, many of which have achieved gold/platinum status. He has worked on over 45 film scores, 150 TV specials & TV Series (full music and post-production), and over 7,000 TV and radio commercials. Having worked all over the world in cities like Montreal, Toronto, New York, Los Angeles, Nashville, London, Paris, Buenos Aires, South East Asia and South Africa, Ian is responsible for the excellent audio quality of the majority of Justin Time Records productions 1985-2007. Ian was also the engineer and co-producer of John McLeod’s “Rex Hotel Orchestra,” which won a Juno in 2011 and the follow-up Juno nominated CD “Our Second Set” 2015.
Ian is a retired Professor and former Head of the Music Production Department at Humber College teaching Music Production courses in their Bachelor of Music degree program. He led the design and construction of a professional-level recording studio which is a teaching facility for Humber students.
Ian was a former invited member of the CHRC Music Industry Advisory Committee and the National Training Advisory Council for the Music Industry (NTAC) as well as a member of the Steering Committee for the (2009-2010) across Canada tour of the Music Marketing Initiative.

David Lee
PROFILE
David M.J. Lee is an arts administrator, festival producer, event organizer, and musician with over 22 years of experience in the entertainment and live events industry. Since 2004, he has planned, produced, and directed hundreds of concerts, festivals, community events, conferences, and cultural programs across Canada and South Korea.
As the Founder and Executive Director of the Emerging Artists Association (EAA), David has created developmental and performance opportunities for more than 2,000 emerging artists while leading partnerships with organizations including the City of Toronto, Ontario Place, Royal Botanical Gardens, Yamaha Music Canada, TD Bank, Ontario Arts Council, Toronto Arts Council, and numerous community and corporate partners.
David is the Founder and Artistic Director of T.U. Jazz Fest, now entering its 12th year, and has also led the Summer Live Music Festival for seven years and WinterTide at the Royal Botanical Gardens for five years. Under his leadership, these festivals have welcomed thousands of audience members annually while showcasing Canadian and international artists.
Throughout his career, David has worked with world-renowned musicians including Grammy Award winners Jens Lindemann, Matt Catingub, and Sumi Jo, as well as JUNO Award winners Mike Downes and Allison Au. An experienced intercultural communicator with extensive international experience, David combines strategic leadership, event management, stakeholder engagement, and artistic vision to create impactful cultural experiences for artists and communities alike.

Dave Hola
MEDIA DIRECTOR
Dave Holla is a skilled Social Media Manager with seven years of experience in the field. He has demonstrated his expertise in creating and executing successful social media strategies for a wide range of clients, including renowned artists such as Our Lady Peace, Simple Plan, The Tea Party, Amanda Marshall, and more.
Professional Experience:
As a Social Media Manager at Coalition Music, Dave Holla has been responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies for some of the most recognizable names in the music industry. He consistently delivers measurable results, increasing engagement, driving website traffic, and ultimately boosting revenue for his clients.
In addition to his work at Coalition Music, Dave Holla has also served as the Social Media Coordinator for T.U. Jazz Fest, where he was responsible for managing and executing social media campaigns for various events in the Greater Toronto Area and Hamilton. Through his efforts, he successfully increased awareness and attendance at these events, contributing to the overall success of the festival.
As a working musician in Ontario, Dave Holla plays various shows throughout the year. This experience has provided him with a unique perspective and understanding of the music industry, allowing him to tailor his social media strategies to best meet the needs of his clients.

Ben Min
IT DIRECTOR
Ben assumes a critical role in utilizing technological resources to promote inclusivity and accessibility within the jazz community. Ben is a skilled IT Manager with ten years of experience in the field. Ben's responsibilities entail creating user-friendly platforms for emerging artists to network, learn, and showcase their talents. Ben is dedicated to leveraging IT to bridge gaps and cultivate a supportive environment for aspiring musicians.
Within EAA, formerly known as the Toronto Undergraduate Jazz Festival Inc., the overarching objective is to ensure equitable access to jazz opportunities for all individuals. Collaborating closely with organizational leadership, Ben plays a pivotal role in optimizing administrative processes, enhancing audience engagement. From refining website interfaces to leveraging data analytics for informed decision making, Ben's role underscores the organization's commitment to fostering innovation, collaboration, and inclusive participation within the jazz landscape.

Sam Lee
ART DIRECTOR
Sam Lee is an experienced Art Director currently teaching at the Toronto Catholic District School Board (TCDSB) as an Art teacher. With a strong background in graphic design, Sam has developed impactful lessons, such as those in a Grade 11 Communication Technology class, which encouraged student participation in the Doodle 4 Google contest. This led to Jana Panem being selected as a National winner from over 20,000 applicants. With four years of experience in the graphic design industry, Sam has developed collaterals for Xerox, demonstrating a solid understanding of brand strategy. This work included advertising, PowerPoint presentations, editorials, and promotional and marketing materials. Additionally, Sam created shelf labels and signage that played a crucial role in securing a $60 million deal with HBC for Xerox. Sam has also contributed to the T.U. Jazz Fest, working on collaterals for the 2018 and 2022 events.

Dr. Samantha Wehbi
HR DIRECTOR
Samantha Wehbi is Professor, School of Social Work, at Toronto Metropolitan University. She holds a PhD in Social Work, an MFA in Documentary Media and a Certificate in Introduction to Commercial/Jazz Music. She has held the roles of Associate Dean of Graduate Studies, Graduate Program Director, Faculty Learning and Teaching Chair, as well as Creative Development Lead at the Office of Social Innovation, at Toronto Metropolitan University. Samantha’s research and practice interests have focused on international issues and grassroots community activism and organizing in Canada and abroad including Lebanon, her country of origin. Her creative practice relies on photography to explore our relationship to the communities we inhabit. Her work has explored the complexities of urban landscapes and issues of displacement, postcolonialism, translocality and social change. Her scholarship explores interdisciplinary intersections of art, community practice, and pedagogy. Samantha has taught and published books and scholarly articles on topics related to these fields of interests.

Eojin Lin is a results-driven Business Systems Analyst with over 9 years of experience bridging business needs and technology solutions. He is skilled in gathering and translating complex requirements, facilitating stakeholder workshops, and delivering high-impact system implementations within fast-paced, agile environments. With a strong background in business analysis, operations, and fintech, Eojin brings proven expertise in creating process documentation, performing root cause analysis, and collaborating seamlessly across cross-functional teams.
Currently a Business Systems Analyst at Deloitte in Toronto, Eojin partners with clients on large-scale transformation initiatives, supporting modernization programs through detailed process documentation, system-agnostic requirements, and end-to-end testing. His experience in acquisitions and project management further strengthens his ability to align technical solutions with strategic business objectives.
